Day-Of Coordinator 

Perfect for couples looking for a planner to handle last minute logistics and wedding day management

• Package 100% refundable for 14 days
• Hand select your planner and have an initial meeting to discuss your vision
• Event Planner will contact you within 1 week of confirmed booking
• Coordination will begin 30 days from your wedding date
• Manage final vendor confirmations, distribute timeline, floor plan, and set up details 
• Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage (including an assistant if needed)
• Facilitate day-of rehearsal
• Oversee reception setup and teardown and manage vendor load out
• Execute ceremony (lining up of the wedding party, cueing the music, coordinating with the officiant, etc.)
• Coordinate all reception activities in conjunction with the photographer and DJ/Music (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)
• Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at your discretion
• Ensure all valuables such as gifts, cards, etc. are properly stored/transportation is coordinated with your appointed contact

With over 10 years of experience in the wedding industry, I have perfected my coordinating style and gained an immeasurable amount of knowledge. My priority is to provide efficient communication leading up to and on the wedding day, quick-thinking for the inevitable changes that will occur, and approach the wedding day with a focus on the small details while maintaining the big picture. I want every wedding day to have a seamless flow and filled with memorable, amazing moments. It is truly an honor to be a coordinator at someone's wedding day, and I am beyond grateful this is my career!

When I am not coordinating, I enjoy hiking with my Siberian Husky and my Great Pyrenees, or curling up at home with a book and my two cats. In the summer, you'll find me enjoying Minnesota while riding my motorcycle. In the winter, I'm pretty much always at an ice rink skating, or playing hockey!
