Day-Of Coordinator
Perfect for couples looking for a planner to handle last minute logistics and wedding day management
- Package 100% refundable for 14 days
- Hand select your planner and have an initial meeting to discuss your vision
- Event Planner will contact you within 1 week of confirmed booking
- Unlimited coordination will begin 30 days from your wedding date
- Manage final vendor confirmations, distribute timeline, floor plan, and set up details
- Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage
- Facilitate day-of rehearsal
- Oversee reception setup and teardown and manage vendor load out
- Execute ceremony (lining up of the wedding party, cueing the music, coordinating with the officiant, etc.)
- Coordinate all reception activities in conjunction with the photographer and DJ/Music (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at your discretion
- Ensure all valuables such as gifts, cards, etc. are properly stored/transportation is coordinated with your appointed contact

Her passion for planning events began at a young age, as she grew up in a family where parties and gatherings were a commonplace. She’s a visionary with a passion for people and serving others. She believes that every event begins with a vision and deserves to come to life.
Prior to launching Andy Kay Weddings, Robyn had 8+ years of experience managing over 300 weddings and events in MN and lived in New York City coordinating elegant weddings for clients from Manhattan to the Hamptons. From styling brides, coordinating tea parties, managing event catering and venues, her knowledge offers client's an array of expertise. Regardless of scale or size, she approaches each event with her signature creativity, passion, and style to achieve the clients’ vision.
